No Service

<p>I have 2 Telkom landlines, of which 1 is connected to a modem and the other is a prepaid. They were both off on Monday morning, but the prepaid was restored on Monday afternoon and the internet line is still off! I phoned Telkom again on Wednesday and was assured they would look into it, but so far no joy and to top it all off they keep on sending me an sms to rate their service. This problem is happening at least once a month now (twice last month) and is really trying my patience now! I am a pensioner and I cannot afford any fancy internet packages, so unfortunately had to settle with Telkom. When am I going to get a decent service from them? </p>
