<p>Telkom fault reported more than a week ago 289CWZ210616. Called call centre and said they are still "testing". Called them today and they said hold on and cut me off. Thank you</p>
Thank you very much - my fault was sorted by Mike the technican this morning - his service was excellent - he called to make a time to come, he arrived punctually, he showed me what was wrong, he fixed it, and showed me that it was working. Thank you for sorting it out.
