NO SERVICE

<p>I app**** for LTE last week and was promised feedback after 48 hours it is now well after 48 hours, i have stil not heard anything. I have sent 3 emails and i have had no repsonse, tried spekaing to them using their 'chat' option but that was no help as the rep only said that she doesnt deal with LTE, i have to call a number, which i treid before emailing and was on hold for more than 30 minutes both of the times I tried. I asked the rep to send a request for me to be contacted but she said she does not dela with LTE. How can they expect me to buy a product form them when they wont even give me feedback on my application?? How is Telkom still running?? it is the worse compnay ever!!! no service! no help!</p>
