I locked a call on 26 March 2016 for the telephone line was not working, reference number 89CTZ260316 and on 4 April 2016 I received a SMS that the problem has been resolved. The line was still not working, so I don't know what they have resolved. I immediately log a call again, reference number 635CTZ040416, and up to know the line is still not working. This is more than 2 weeks now.
