NO SERVICE

Shocking service, i have been trying to get the agents to call me regards to R950 that I paid on the 04 March via EFT and up to date when I call i am being send from pillar to post, i must have emailed 10 different agents my proof of payment but no one is coming back to me. i have called my bank and they have confirmed that indeed the money was succesfully paid in to the ABSA TELKOM account

I am super annoyed
