No Service

I phoned Telkom Numerous time to come and fix the ADSL line and no one is coming out to fix the line , the customer care does not have proper emails or telephone numbers for the technicians, i report this on Monday and it is Friday know, our Telephone line is damage as well and there are medical people there that needs a house phone. No one can help me , why is there a call center even.
