No service

Ordered Fibre on the 11th of April. They came to install on the 1st of May. Still waiting for Sales to close the order......and when I call the sales department they say that the technicians can't find my house to install it. But its already installed! Countless calls. Many escalations and very rude call centre agents that say 24 to 48 hours to rectify. This was 10 days ago. Absolutely pathetic service. Been pushed from pillar to post. Still waiting for a manager to call me back.
