No service

I am complety diagusted with Telkom. I completed an online application more than two weeks ago. They took my details and assured me my device will be delivered within 5 to 7 days. After that period I phoned to follow up. Only to find out that there was no order placed. Again they assured me they will get back to me but still nothing. The website does not provide a direct line to call them. I keep asking for an agent to call me but no one phones back. I am concerned as they do not really care about their sales being taken care of and they take people's personal details and still don't provide a service. I really will nit recommend Telkom to anyone.
