NO SERVICE

i have had "no service " since last week. connection happens once a day. what is going on? i cant make calls, i cant get calls, no emails NOTHING. i cant get through to even a call centre agent. i need to connect again. and its not my phone that is a problem because put in another sim card from another nextwork it works. how can i talk to someone from telkom to help me
