No service
This is one pain I just cannot comprehend. We are to call in order to cancel a service with Telkom, but no one answers. I have been on hold for more than an hour every time I tried. I simply need to adjust my package, but it is better to rob their clients. I need to be assisted as soon as possible. I can be called anytime after 5pm. I am tired of using my airtime and getting no assistance.
