NO SERVICE
On 22July 2015 my telephone and adsl line has been not working for no apparent reason. The fault was logged on Saturday 24 July 2015. As to date hereof I have only received a reference number 105CTK250715 with no technical assigned. Jet I must pay the full service fee with no service!
