No service !!

I have requested that Telkom move my line twice on the portal and even sat on hold to their call centre for 20 minutes and had a consultant log it for me. I have escalated the complaint, And still have not heard back from a consultant. neither does the order reflect on the portal. I first requested the move more than a week ago.<br> Not impressed with the almost non existent after sales support<br> <br> reference ***<br>
