No Service

I Have had a complaint of no service on my business line open since the 07/07/2015 the reference number is 18CNK070715. Telkom has not yet made any effort to fix my line. On the 09/07/2015 I received an sms to say that the fault was in hand with a technician however Telkom did not arrive. On the 12/07/2015 I received an sms to say the fault was restored without a technician coming to check on the line and still with no service on the line. This line is my business telephone, fax, internet and email and my business is suffering without it. Please fix it immediately.
