No service

Very bad service. Extremely rude on the phone and have no manners. Cannot help us to get our internet line working. Tried registering online but OTP comes after 30 or so minutes. So that also does not work. The previous time a technician came to the house to assist, he left because he was not able to assist. He told me sorry but there is nothing they can do. This is a service that we pay with our money and get told sorry there is nothing they can do?? I would stay away from Telkom. The worst experience with *********** staff ever!!
