Service is pathetic.<br> <br> Reported faulty line on 9/2/15<br> Support #641550 (Closed without any resolution or action taken)<br> <br> Reported failing adsl service on 9/2/15<br> Reference number is: 723CTK060215<br> No action taken yet to resolve issue.<br> <br> Called support:<br> Waited 45min for someone to answer call but eventually gave up.<br>
