No service

I have been billed +/- R300 in January for a service I have never requested. I tried calling no service. Used your online portal, no feedback. Walked into 2 service centres was promised an agent with get in contact with me, still no response. But I have field marketers call everyday wanting to renew my contracts. Rather spend that money on retaining the customer base you have cos your'll clearly cannot keep anyone happy.
