No Service

Poor service delivery. A once great company, now about as useless as a wooden frying pan. Internet is barely connected and we're experiencing more downtime than up time, not to mention that we are only able to receive calls, yet we can't dial out. Our business is at a standstill as our telesales staff can't call customers for their orders. Internet speeds at 4 Mbps download and a stupendous 0.17 Mbps upload.
