No service

I have been waiting since November 2018 for my Adsl to be activated and working. Paid my deposit in Nov 2018 and at least the router was fitted in February 2019. Then had a few days wifi until technicians did not sign order as complete and no wifi. Order no 2 was done and wifi again activated and working for a few days. Then technicians did not sign order as complete and the Messenger promise of telkom to downgrade the line for technician to sign of the order was never done and again no wifi. 3rd order now almost a month and a half later,they seem to first not allocate my deposit, then something is wrong with my address and then again deposit allocation. Still no wifi. Perhaps MWEB would have been the better choice. Still waiting. Empty promises and no service.
