No Service

I put a one star review for BILLING DEPT. I was hospitalized for a couple of weeks and then my account was cut off. I paid this account up to date four weeks ago and it is still cut off even though it is in CREDIT. I need this number as it is my business contact number . I’ve phoned twice and been told the query has been escalated and that was two weeks ago and again last week. Please can someone human sort out this problem
