No service!

I have phoned in several times as well as been in store. I have been paying 7 months for a service I have not been recieving any service. I have been on hold for 38 minutes today for the sales department and still no answer on the 5 February I held for 54minutes until someone could assist me. They have cancelled my contract and said to reimburse me of all the months but today they have debited yet another months amount! It has been a month and no one has contacted me with regards to the reimbur*****t, I am fuming mad at the situation and at their poor service!
