No service!!

So we had to pay R700 for installation of our internet that we app**** for at the Rage Expo. We are now in December and still no internet....all this after we cancelled our other internet. There has been 3 people at our house reporting that they can not install due to our main line being faulty, but nothing reported and no comunication what so ever. On calling to ask on progress they did not help me at all, did nothing to help safe the deal and so called manager Sue-ann would phone me back.....again nothing. I want my money back and you can keep your terrible service and product.
