No service

I have been trying for several months to get an ADSL line from Telkom because they are the only ones that can setup the connection. I have made several online requests where upon I only get a response that says they will contact me. This never happens! It is also impossible to get through on the 10210 at literally any time of the day. I have given up on hanging on for 15 - 20 minutes at a time without any response. Telkom seems to be totally useless and highly ***********.
