No service

Had a new Fibre line installed& without my knowledge activated on the 4 Jun, now a bill was received for about R1300.Package I choose was R895.Made 4 calls to Acc dept who asked to call the Sales dept who asked to call Acc dept.No one what's going on.Sent Tweets,emails,online chats&no one can assist.Very shoddy service.Regret leaving RSA Web&joining Telkom - OpenServe - can anyone help
