No service

Trying to install a telkom line in my flat. Only available on Fridays for the consultant to come into my flat. First Friday the guy that came here couldn't help me and then I told him come back next week. The next Tuesday he called to see me and I told him again he cannot come to my place any other day than Friday as I'm working. And then 3 weeks later that Friday they sent me an Sms stating that a technician has been dispatched. It's Sunday now and I'm still waiting for him. <br> <br> It's been 4 weeks now that I am waiting for a telkom line and next Friday is Good Friday so I will have to wait another two weeks. I always have trouble with telkom!
