No service

Hi,<br> <br> 20/02/2016 I reported my telephone line out of order, received reference number 214CRK200216. <br> By 23 February I still hadn't had a response, I called again and was told that my \fault\" is escalated reference number 827785 - to date no help.<br> <br> So here I am 9.06 14 03. 2016 on the line with Telkom since 8.16. To end it all Khumbudzo will call me back as soon as they hear from the Technician.....and I'm supposed to be happy<br> <br> Really sad Telkom<br> <br> What do we do?<br> <br> "
