No service!

Telkom does not care about their customers at all! I've been waiting for a response for a long time and have emailed them millions of times with no one replying or contacting or even smoke signals! I am paying for a device for 2 months and I don't have it! They just don't care at all. Me and my girlfriend been trying to get hold of them for a long time, it's about 2 months now no reply no email gets answered nothing! How can a big company just ignore people like that? This is getting out of hand now really.
