No service!!!

Payment that I made is not reflecting and now I’m getting sms’ about my credit rating. Can someone call me so we sort this out. Payment was made directly in your portal and I can’t even talk to anyone about this. Honestly, the after service sucks! WhatsApp portal is not user friendly and website promises to get someone to call you back and this never happens.
