No servic during the day

<p>Its now approx 2 months that my phone lin/adsle goes off in the morning from say 9am and only comes on again after 6pm monday to sunday Several service calls have been booked and all i receive is reference numbers another service call was booked today 31 July 2016 and each telkom telkom sends a sms that the service has been restored but its not A techician came to my property once but the problem has still not restored Telkom only calls at times saying they are looking into the problem and another techician will come to the premises but this never happens with the line been down cannot even call telkom technical division to report the problem I'm running a bussiness from home this meaning ihave to keep buying data to respnd to clients requests/queries costing me extra money and telkom still bills me for the full amount each month Telkom ADSL ********** 648(ref 422CRK060716) restored.this was today 31 july 16 / Dear Valued Telkom Customer, your service on ********** 648 has been re-tested and found to be free of defects. 17 july / ********** 648 @F response to telkom 2 july informing that service has not been restored and still today sitting with the same problem This is also the second hello peter complaint logged and did not receive any response I'm very disappointed in telkoms service and really do wish that this problem will be restored asap or else will have no other option but to take it further</p>
