As always, no service !

on the 17/01/2020 I requested a callback to do upgrade on my current plan. to date - I haven't received any response.

The message notes someone will be in touch within 48 hrs - I'm still waiting !

I have no hope that I will get a reply, every time dealing with Telkom has been a schlep

Anyway … I await.
