No sense of customer service

I went to Telkom Store in Clear Water Mall the one next to pick and pay on Friday 28/05/2021,wer we wer giving a cold shoulder by Neo Legodi i maen we only needed info on the wifi deals but it seemed so difficult for her to assist us. How do u help customers when u busy on your cell phone watching videos and her other co-worker didn't even bother greeting us as she was also busy with her cellphone Dear Telkom please train ur stuff properly such behavior is not on and i ended up getting a good deal from ur competitor.
