No Router demonstration done after booking is don

There is telkom promotion Huawaei B593LTE Ruoter promotion currently happening where one sms the name Demo and the service provider is to contact you and arrange a demo session at your house. My demo session was arranged for yesterday Wednesday the 18 fab 2015 for 19h00 and a consultant was to call to confirm this, however no consultant called and No demo took place. <br> <br> I have not received any call from telkom to reschedule and they failed to deliver.<br> <br> This is upsetting as we drop other things and avail ourselves for this session but nobody shows up.<br> <br> Please arrange another demo session today.
