No RICA after a week.Waited 2 weeks for device
On the 29th of May 2015, I decided to get a tablet on contract from telkom mobile.<br> <br> I received the tablet on the 11th of June 2015. I am still waiting for my sim to be RICA. The tablet is useless without data. It's my first time dealing with telkom mobile and I can honestly say that it's definitely my last. I have contacted the customer service multiple times .... empty promises.<br> <br> You took my money so:<br> Where is my 2.5gb data? <br> Where is my free wi-fi?<br> where is my SIM and Connection?<br> Where is my Night Surfer data?
