No reward in being a loyal customer

I’m really disappointed, I have been a client for a decade , I made arrangements for my account to be settled as soon as I get paid even called in and arranged for my debit order to go off at the end of Jan 2021, yet you guys see it fit to suspend my service at a time such as this , my service gets cut at 2 o clock this , morning this review might not even be attended to but , atleast I Know there is no reward for being a loyal customer
