No response within 48 hours

On 14/10/2020 I requested on behalf of my husband, JH Janse van Rensburg, to move a Telkom line. The reference number is: ***. The confirmation said that my husband would be contacted within 48 hours on his cell ***. I gave my cell number as an alternative: ***. It is now 48 hours x 2 (weekdays) and no response. We urgently want the line moved.
