No Response when Requesting Cancellation of Insurance

I took out insurance with Telkom for my phone contract. Paid off my phone but the insurance premium has kept going off which was fine. I finally decided I didn't want the insurance and sent a cancellation email to ***. No response. Followed up. No response. Looks like they want to keep debiting me. Makes me hesitant to ever take insurance directly with Telkom
