No response to status of ADSL application

I signed a contract for the installation of high speed fibre ADSL for Hyde Park. I keep on asking for feedback on the application from Lindiwe Mbeki, Brent Gradwell and Dylan van der Merwe, all representatives of Blue Tech Retail (Telkoms Sales Agents). I have phoned and emailed them on numerous occasions, always with a promise to get back to me. To this day, I still do not know the status of the application and / or if Telkom is even installation ready.
