No response to requests to terminate service

I have emailed and called adinfinitum and got nowhere! Mail boxes are full and call centre not able to assist. Just give another email address which doesn't work either. I want to terminate services ********** 511 and haven't been able to get any acknowledgement or reference number. I am moving shortly and will not pay for a line I am not using! Please respond urgently!
