Reported out of order fixed line on Tuesday #437CRK120116...at around 10h00...yes did get a sms with the fault nr....follow up calls with a \so called"escalation *** on Wednesday and Thursday and this morning Friday....NO TECHNICIAN ALLOCATED to attend to the problem!!!! TELKOM do you have competent tecnicians???? I am working from home and have already lost a substantial amount of business!!!! Your customer care/ services delivery...is totally unacceptable!!!"""
