<p>I have received no response from you guys about my internet here is the reference number AI ********** I have also been charged for services I have canceled and would like my money back asap, I will be goin straight to the CPA if this issue doesnt get resovled and I dont get my money back</p>

Please can you get somebody competent that actually knows what they are doing to follow up on this issue, i at my wits end now as nothing is getting resolved, everyday il be leaving multiple complaints about the same thing until this issue gets resolved, and if that fails il use a bot to log 50 complaints a day and then 1000 complaints a day till this issue gets resolved
