no response to my previous complaint and now data isnt working as promised

<p>Not only did telkom not reply to my previous email after they responsed to me, now my social media data doesnt even work? it used all my normal data on social media, now the free me social media i have doesnt allow me to use my social media, so what is the point of this contract?</p> <p> </p> <p>telkom needs to realise i have told my bank to cancel my debit orders and telkom will only be paid when i release the funds. im not going to sit here and be **** to, ****** from, and then to be made to look like an idiot. i should never have upgraded with telkom</p>
