NO RESPONSE TO HELLO PETER COMPLAINT

<p>On 6 July 2016 I wrote a complaint about Telkom Mobile on Hello Peter, 1or 2 days thereafter I received a response from one Noleen with a ref number that someone from mobile would contact me, today is 12 July 2016 I still have not received any form of contact from any individual within Telkom regarding my complaint. I also placed a call to 081 180 as per the Store employees but then was told by the agent on the phone that I must go back in to the store (typical Telkom) . It seems as though Hello peter complaints is like water off a ducks back to Telkom they could not care less. </p>
