No response to faults logged

I logged a call 21 Oct 2017 at 08:30am for slow broadband speed. After following up several times with the service desk, being promised that someone will get back to me, the fault number was closed more than a week later (30 Oct 2017) without resolving the issue. That was after I had to log an escalation against the incident (28 October 2017) and received an escalation number. On 30 Oct, I was forced to log a new request as the issue was still not resolved and after being cut off by the service agent on the phone when asked to speak to a supervisor. As of 31 Oct, the issue was still not resolved. Currently I am paying for a 4 Mb line, but are receiving 0.5Mb speed at the same price. Today (1Nov) Telkom for the first time made contact with me just to ask me to do a speed test, then again referred it to another technician who will apparently now have to come out to my house. So, now I have to pay R350 for a technician to come out despite the appalling service an treatment I received up until now. I lost all faith in Telkom. I wish I can move to a different service provider!

Reviewer Update
It is now 8 Nov and no one has even started looking at my issue. All I received was an sms on 6 Nov: "Telkom is currently working on your escalation, you will receive feedback shortly". Well, no feedback yet. Once again Telkom has proven that they don't keep to their promises and don't value their customers!
