No Response To Enquires

In october i requested a call back on a data deal i am interested in, after getting no response i resubmitted my request two more times but still got no response. then november arrived and the deal seams to be done. i then had a chat with a consultant about it and was assured of a call back. i am still waiting. i find it unacceptable the amount of effort i need to go through just to apply for one of your services. <br> can someone please contact me and show me the way forward
