No Response to convert from Post paid to Prepaid

<p>My Contract ended on 23 Feb 2017,I went to Telkom Mall of Africa on 7th Jan 2017to convert from Post Paid to Prepaid Freeme .From that day I made numerous calls to call center and Orders deparment to check the status and I visited the store 3 times.In stote they are saying it is going to activate from 23 Feb.But nothing happened and even the call center people just tranfering my call from one dept to other with out assisting,Very disappointed response.In future I dont want to use Telkom and not suggest any one to Telkom.</p>
