No Response to application

Good day, inspite of several email requests no one bothers to respond to Telkom Mobile queries. I did an online application over a month ago and unbelievavbly to date no one has the decency to just respond and give feedback<br> I have sent several follow up emails querying status but not a single one of them has received a response<br> when i call the call centre i am told please send an email - is it because you know you wont respond?<br> <br> Appaling service and defiinitely going to use another supplier!!!
