No response to application!!!

telkom is the most useless service ever. Went to menlyn last week Friday and app**** for adsl. Filled in all the forms but your system was down. Lesley promised to get back to us the next day but it's now been six days and I have heard nothing. Your call centre is virtually non existent. What do you expect me to do? No feedback and shoddy service. I'm disgusted at your lack of service but you have the time to post on your Facebook page. I will continue leaving you negative reviews all over social media until you respond to me. Sort this out telkom!!! Useless bunch of fools
