No Response - Smart Broadband Uncapped Wireless

What is going on at Telkom !!!! I can only imagine what the aftersale service is like. I have posted a complaint and to date, I have not received a call from Telkom's so called LTE Team !!! Does these team even exist???? I have sent Tebogo four emails already and still no response !!!! I miraculously managed to get hold of someone in the call centre, who did not even know about the smart broadband product, is this the kind of expertise that Telkom employs???? Can someone please contact me on my cell or landline !!!
