No response or LTE after a month
I originally wanted to cancel an application for a LTE deal which was posted on HP. I was contacted by Lindani Shusha who explained the deal to me and I decided to go ahead with the deal. I pointed out in a reply email that I wanted to take the sim only option since I can get my own router. I have had no response since, even to other emails sent. I need the connectivity! It has been almost a month. Ref number SM153341
