No response on previous post

I posted last week wednesday. The social media manager came back to me and promised that someone else from the company would contact me. Well, once again Telkom has struck as no one has contacted me. If I did my job like the way the company is run then I wouldnt have a job. Also I have been waiting over a week to have my line upgraded to ADSL only ot find that no-one submitted my application from the store. I finally app**** via the telephone and now I have to wait even longer. I long for the day that Telkom has a competitor even if I have to pay 10times more for better service I would do so! Please can I get a response from someone who can do something. I DONT WANT A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER CONTACTING ME WHO WILL PROMISE THAT SOMEONE ELSE WILL CONTACT ME. GET SOMEONE WHO CAN D OSOMETHING TO CONTACT ME PLEASE AND SORT MESS OUT!
