NO Response on order status

Hi <br> <br> i am absolutely disgusted by the service from telkom especially the mobile division. My order for an LTE contract was approved last week Tuesday (02-09-2015) and they subsequently debited my account only to be waiting 5 working days later (which is what their delivery policy states) with no device delivered. I tried to contact the call centre only to be directed to a 10213 number that keeps you on hold for 20 minutes with no response. The chat app on the site is non the better. A request was sent for a call back by the agent and guess what i'm still waiting <br> <br> All i ask is for feedback and a status update, if there is an issue let me know. Keep me informed please
